Recycling FAQ

What types of pallets do you accept for recycling?

We accept all wood pallets regardless of condition - broken, damaged, contaminated, or otherwise unusable. We cannot accept pallets with hazardous materials, but most commercial pallets are welcome.

Is there a minimum quantity for pickup?

For free pickup, we require a minimum of 100 pallets. Smaller quantities can be picked up for a nominal fee, or you can drop off any quantity at our facility.

Do you pay for recycled pallets?

For pallets in repairable condition, yes! We pay competitive rates based on pallet size and condition. Pallets beyond repair are recycled at no charge with free pickup for qualifying quantities.

How do I get a Certificate of Recycling?

Simply request one when scheduling your pickup or drop-off. We'll provide documentation showing the quantity recycled and date for your environmental compliance records.

What happens to the recycled materials?

Nothing goes to waste! Wood is processed into mulch, animal bedding, biomass fuel, or raw material for composite products. Metal fasteners are recycled separately.
