San Antonio Pallets provides pallet sales, purchasing, repair, recycling, and transportation services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at any time.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided are estimates based on information provided and are subject to change upon final inspection. Prices may vary based on market conditions, quantity, and quality of pallets. All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery unless credit terms have been established. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Net-30 terms are available for qualified business accounts upon credit approval.

5. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. San Antonio Pallets is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Customer is responsible for providing safe and accessible delivery location.

6. Returns and Refunds

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they do not meet the specified grade or have defects not visible at time of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless defect is confirmed. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

7. Product Warranty

All pallets are sold "as-is" according to their grade classification. We warrant that pallets will meet the specifications of their stated grade at time of delivery. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, overloading, or improper handling.

8. Limitation of Liability

San Antonio Pallets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products or services in question.

9. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless San Antonio Pallets from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the customer's use or misuse of products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
